Why Systems Synergy?

We bring together Systems Thinkers to collaborate on innovative and tried and tested approaches to working with organisations. We  foster a climate for creative problem-solving, sense make together as drive positive change in complex systems. We are a community free of charge to join. Open to all systems thinkers. Our current focus is health and care integration and how our organisational interactions/interventions help us shape systems that do what they need to for their primary task, on the premise that people are key to that. Our focus is on people. 

What it will do for you

Our community will continue to grow as a trusted member space for support, challenge and sharing.

We aim to host content which works elsewhere for no charge. This may include courses/pathways for learning.

We are membership community so you have been invited by another system thinker or heard about us and asked to join via one of our members. We are focused on the ways we can make a difference to organisations with an open mind to foster a climate of organisational innovation. 

Here are a few of the things you’ll be able to do as a member of Systems Synergy:

• Engage with fellow Systems Thinkers, expanding your professional network and fostering meaningful connections. While our current focus is health and care  integration we will offer other spaces. 
• Participate in thought-provoking discussions, enhancing your learning and understanding of innovative ICS approaches to organisations 
• Contribute to driving positive change in complex systems, leveraging your skills and ideas for collective impact.

When you join Systems Synergy today, you’ll get access to our current content and have a place to share yours for further development or go benefit others

• Our favourites collection - will be highlighted. Here members can watch highly engaging video or recommended links to learn about new methodologies and techniques in systems thinking. They can also suggest their own and the most useful will be voted by our members.
• Engage in "Problem-Solving Chats": An interactive platform where a member can pose a complex issue, followed by brainstorming and conversation with fellow thinkers. This can include mentorship and peer-advised development for innovative solutions, increasing the individual's understanding and ability to navigate complex systems.
• Invitation to our workspaces and events our members host": These valuable events focus on what happens as we apply this approach. We highlight  that profile the latest trends and breakthroughs in system thinking. Benefits include networking, learning from guest speakers, and engaging with panel discussions, which aids in personal growth and professional development within the system thinking field.
